Tom Hol

Meet Tom
Tom is the energetic and enthusiastic co-founder of Physio Club. He is passionate about running clinics where both staff and clients thrive and believes that when his team feels supported and inspired, people receive the best possible care.
After almost a decade working as a chef in some of Sydney’s top restaurants, Tom followed his love of human movement, cycling, and endurance sports by retraining as a physiotherapist.
Since graduating in 2016, he and his wife and business partner, Laura, have grown the Engadine and Sutherland clinics into welcoming spaces for the local community. In 2025, they rebranded as Physio Club, a name that reflects their mission to combine expert care with a people-first approach.
Liam Galway

Meet Liam
Originally working in hospitality management, Liam retrained as a physiotherapist and joined Physio Club Engadine in 2021. His passion for health and wellness drives his work, and he loves making a positive impact by helping clients achieve their care plans and recovery goals.
Liam has a strong interest in treating upper limb injuries, particularly shoulders and elbows, as well as general musculoskeletal and athletic injuries. His approachable style ensures clients feel supported throughout their rehab journey.
When he’s not in the clinic, Liam enjoys family life, staying active in the gym, and keeping up with the latest sporting highlights.
Lara Salvarinas

Meet Lara
Lara joined Physio Club Engadine in 2024, inspired by the impact the team was making in the community. She is passionate about helping people improve one step at a time and supporting them to become the best version of themselves.
Her clinical interests include treating neck and back pain, paediatrics, and supporting the ageing population. Lara’s friendly approach makes her a great fit for clients of all ages who want to get back to doing what they love.
Away from work, Lara enjoys swimming at the beach, spending time with friends and family, and following her passions for sport (notably soccer), travel, and food.
Holly Doyle

Meet Holly
Holly joined Physio Club Engadine in 2025 after a career in professional contemporary dance. She was introduced to the clinic through this dance career, and was inspired to combine her love of movement with physiotherapy.
She is passionate about guiding clients through rehabilitation, helping them reduce pain, restore movement, and celebrate progress at every stage of recovery. Holly has a special interest in supporting both athletes and those aiming to improve everyday physical function.
Outside the clinic, Holly continues teaching dance, enjoys time with her family, and loves being by the ocean.

Bec Martin

Meet Bec
Bec has been part of Physio Club Engadine since 2019, bringing with her a love of sport and a personal appreciation for the value of physiotherapy. She enjoys helping clients improve their health, achieve their goals, and build confidence through movement.
Her areas of interest include arthritic conditions, osteopenia and osteoporosis, and falls prevention. Bec is passionate about supporting clients of all ages to improve their strength, mobility, and independence through tailored exercise programs.
Outside of work, Bec enjoys an active lifestyle, walking her dog, travelling, and exercising outdoors. She is a big believer in balance, so can often be found enjoying a well-earned glass of wine.

Ryan Pascoe
- Works at: Sutherland
Meet Ryan
Ryan joined Physio Club Engadine and Sutherland in 2019 after several years working as an emergency nurse. After changing career paths to physiotherapy, Ryan did one of his final clinical placements at Engadine, impressing Tom so much that he was offered a new graduate position at Physio Club.
With his background in both nursing and physiotherapy, Ryan has developed strong skills in managing sports injuries, head and neck issues, and fractures. He is a registered Complete Concussion Management Inc. (CCMI) practitioner with specialised training in concussion care and has served as Lead Physiotherapist for the Sydney University Women’s Rugby Union team and as a Sports Trainer for the GWS Giants.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys keeping active, catching up with friends and family, watching sport, and relaxing over a good coffee.
Hayden Rodda

Meet Hayden
Hayden has been with Physio Club Sutherland since 2022. A lifelong involvement in sport and dealing with his own injuries inspired him to pursue a career in physiotherapy. These challenges gave him a strong appreciation for the value of rehab, and now he enjoys helping others return to their best.
Hayden has a particular interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and sports rehab, with a strong focus on AFL and athletic performance. Hayden is dedicated to empowering clients to become the best version of themselves by tailoring treatment and rehab programs to suit individual needs.
Outside the clinic, Hayden can usually be found outdoors, whether at the beach, on a mountain, or road tripping. He also enjoys learning languages and can speak conversational Norwegian.
Jana Condoleon (nee Liaros)
- Works at: Sutherland
Meet Jana
Jana joined Physio Club Sutherland in 2022 after working as a physiotherapist with several soccer teams. With a sporting background in both soccer and netball, and her own experiences of injury, Jana was drawn to physiotherapy, combining her love of sport with helping others.
Clinically, Jana is passionate about educating clients and creating personalised treatment and rehabilitation programs for the prevention and management of injuries. She is a registered Complete Concussion Management Inc. (CCMI) practitioner, and as such is qualified to assess, treat, and guide concussion recovery. Jana has a strong interest in vestibular and vertigo pathologies, as well as head and neck injuries. She is also highly experienced in managing sports-related injuries.
Outside of work, Jana loves staying active and creative. You’ll often find her painting, playing soccer, swimming, or spending time outdoors soaking up the sun.
Lisa Schaup
- Works at: Sutherland
Meet Lisa
After moving to Australia from Cape Town, South Africa, Lisa joined Physio Club Sutherland in 2023. With a background as a Pilates instructor and ballerina, she was drawn to physiotherapy through her love of movement and desire to help others recover and perform at their best. She finds working with patients extremely rewarding and values being part of a supportive, skilled team.
Clinically, Lisa has a strong interest in sports, dance, and ankle rehabilitation, as well as treating back and neck pain using spinal mobility techniques. As a dedicated dance physiotherapist, she supports dancers of all levels to prevent, manage, and recover from injuries while optimising their performance. Lisa is also bilingual in Afrikaans and English, which allows her to connect with a diverse range of clients.
Outside the clinic, Lisa enjoys staying active at the gym, running, and exploring Sydney’s beautiful beaches. She also loves reading, relaxing with a glass of wine, and discovering her new home city.
Joel Overton

Meet Joel
Joel joined Physio Club Sutherland in 2025, drawn to the clinic’s welcoming atmosphere and supportive team. As a new graduate, he knew it was the perfect place to grow his career while helping people return to their best. Friendly and approachable, Joel has quickly become a tall and familiar presence around the clinic, and he loves seeing clients regain confidence in their movement.
Joel has a particular interest in treating knee and back injuries and enjoys the challenge of helping clients make steady progress in their recovery. He is passionate about supporting people to return to the activities they love, whether that’s sport, fitness, or simply moving without pain.
Outside of work, Joel enjoys staying active and social. You’ll often find him playing basketball or other social sports, catching up with friends, or spending time at the beach.
Rachel Jaeger (nee Maddick)

Meet Rachel
Rachel joined Physio Club Sutherland in 2023. Through her own life-journey she had developed a deep appreciation for the importance of health and quality of life. She loves creating a safe, supportive space where clients can recharge, have their discomfort eased, and leave feeling better in both body and mind.
Rachel specialises in myofascial release, focusing on alleviating pain, reducing tension, and calming the nervous system. By addressing restrictions in the connective tissue (fascia), Rachel helps resolve issues that often go untreated and can lead to ongoing discomfort. She combines myofascial release with techniques such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy, tailoring each treatment to suit the unique needs of her clients.
Outside the clinic, Rachel enjoys swimming, relaxing with a coffee, and spending time with her dog. She values balance and wellbeing and brings that same philosophy into her work with every client she sees.

Laura Stefani

Meet Laura
Alongside her husband Tom, Laura is the co-founder and director of Physio Club Engadine and Sutherland. She graduated from the University of Wollongong in 2009 with a Law/Arts degree and has since completed a Certificate IV in Business (Frontline Management) and a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping. Before Physio Club, Laura gained broad experience in aged care, legal publishing, retail, and hospitality management.
At Physio Club, Laura plays a vital role behind the scenes, focusing on recruitment, team support, and organisational development. She is passionate about building strong, motivated teams and driving continuous improvements that benefit both staff and the local community. Her leadership is grounded in structure, care, and a commitment to the clinic’s values.
A proud local from Engadine and a former St John Bosco College student, Laura is also a mum of two and a professional belly dancer. She loves balancing her family life with her creative pursuits, and she brings that same energy and enthusiasm into her role at Physio Club every day.
Jess Shaw

Meet Jess
Jess has been a valued part of Physio Club Engadine and Sutherland since 2017, bringing with her a strong background in retail and hospitality management. Looking for a career that combined energy with purpose, she found her perfect fit at Physio Club, where she has played a key role in strengthening client and community relationships from the very beginning.
As Senior Client Relationship Manager, Jess is passionate about creating positive experiences for every client who walks through the door. She thrives on building meaningful connections and supporting both clients and teammates, something most evident in the smiles she helps bring to people’s faces.
Outside of work, Jess is a busy mum of two and loves making the most of the outdoors. Whether she’s chasing after her daughters, enjoying a lively weekend of activities, or relaxing by the beach, she values quality time with her family and living life to the fullest.
Shavonne Leader

Meet Shavonne
While studying at university, Shavonne was looking for a team-oriented role that offered valuable business experience. What began as a casual position at Physio Club Engadine, soon grew into a rewarding career, as she developed her skills and became an integral part of the admin team.
Since completing her Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Management, Shavonne has taken on a dual role as Senior Client Relations Manager and Marketing Support. She thrives on being social, building strong connections with clients, and ensuring everyone feels supported.
Outside of work, Shavonne enjoys spending time with friends and family, soaking up the sun, and relaxing with a coffee in hand. Her warm and approachable nature shines through both in the clinic and in her everyday life.
Paris Whiffin

Meet Paris
Paris joined Physio Club Engadine and Sutherland in 2019 while studying, keen to gain experience in healthcare and explore her interest in physiotherapy. Starting as a casual team member, she quickly became a valued part of the support team, balancing her studies with her role at the clinic.
Since then, Paris has completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and is looking forward to furthering her studies with a Master of Physiotherapy in the future. She enjoys being part of a hardworking and passionate team that helps clients get back to doing what they love.
Outside of work, Paris loves staying active with Pilates, travelling, and spending time at the beach. Her energy and enthusiasm shine through both in the clinic and in her everyday life.
Casey Frater

Meet Casey
Casey joined Physio Club in 2022 while studying Economics. She was looking for a role that allowed her to connect with people and contribute to the local community and quickly found her place within the team, bringing warmth and energy to her role as Client Relationship Manager.
Casey enjoys working closely with both clients and colleagues, ensuring everyone feels supported and welcomed in the clinic. Casey thrives on building strong relationships and being part of a team dedicated to helping people achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Casey loves staying active and social. You’ll often find her spending time with friends and family, playing sport, or out on the water waterskiing.
Harry Ball

Meet Harry
Harry joined Physio Club Sutherland in 2024 to complement his studies and gain valuable hands-on experience. He quickly became a valued and much-loved member of the team, bringing positivity and a welcoming energy to the clinic.
Harry enjoys connecting with clients, making them feel comfortable, and supporting the team in delivering the best possible care. For Harry, being part of a supportive workplace that makes a genuine difference in the community is one of the highlights of his role.
Outside of work, Harry enjoys staying active with running and bike rides, or simply relaxing with friends and family. At home, he can usually be found spending time with his two cats.
