Why choose the EXOS Bracing System?

At Physio Club, we proudly use the EXOS Bracing System by Enovis – a revolutionary, thermoformable technology that’s waterproof, adjustable, and reformable. Unlike traditional plaster or fibreglass casts, EXOS braces are lightweight, comfortable, and designed for active living.

Our experienced physiotherapists can mould the brace directly to your body for a perfect fit and optimal support. The advanced material is radiolucent (so X-rays can be taken without removal), easy to clean, and ready to wear in just 8 minutes.

Cutting-edge bracing technology

Easily applied and removed

During application, the brace is gently heated until it becomes soft and flexible. It is then moulded around the injured area for a snug, customised fit. Within minutes, it hardens into a firm, cast-like structure that offers full support.

The Boa® dynamic compression closure system allows the brace to be tightened or loosened at any time, ensuring comfort as swelling changes. Unlike traditional casts, EXOS braces can be removed without a saw, making wound checks and re-moulding quick and stress-free.

Waterproof

EXOS products are fully waterproof, so you can shower, bathe, or even swim without worrying about damage to the brace. This means you can maintain daily hygiene and enjoy water activities during your recovery.

Lightweight & low profile

At 25–50% lighter than fibreglass or plaster, EXOS braces are easier to wear and less bulky. Their slim design allows them to fit comfortably under clothing, making them a discreet and practical choice.

Adjustable

Thanks to the Boa® reel-and-lace system, EXOS braces can:

Expand to accommodate swelling

Adjust tension for a perfect fit, even as swelling reduces

Improve comfort without compromising support

Antimicrobial & easy to clean

Simply wash with soap and water to keep your brace fresh and bacteria-free. This makes EXOS ideal for long-term wear and active lifestyles.

The EXOS system is especially ideal for non-displaced fractures and many soft tissue injuries, giving you the support you need without the downsides of a traditional cast.
