What We Offer
Our Exercise Physiologists design programs that may include:
Transfer and mobility training to improve your ability to move safely and independently
Walking and balance training to reduce fall risk and enhance confidence
Strength and conditioning to increase strength and cardiovascular fitness; boost sport performance; or improve everyday function
Aged care strength and stretching programs to maintain independence and quality of life
Disability performance enhancement tailored to individual needs and goals
Accessible & Recognised Services
Our Exercise Physiologists are registered with Medicare Australia so can accept clients with a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan from their local doctor. They are also registered with SIRA, so can provide rehabilitation for injured workers or other insurance claims, and they are recognised by most private health insurers. Although Physio Club is not registered with the NDIA, our exercise physiologists can treat self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants.
