A Bike Fit ensures your bike fits you, and not the other way around. Technically, it’s the process of adjusting your bike to optimise comfort, performance, and efficiency while reducing the risk of overuse injuries and helping you ride more consistently.
At Physio Club, our professional Bike Fits are carried out by experienced physiotherapists who are also passionate cyclists. We don’t just set you up and send you away… We follow up, prescribe targeted exercises where needed, and take a holistic approach to improve both your bike setup and your body.

Saddle Fitting at Physio Club
Your bike seat can make or break your ride. The right saddle improves comfort, control, and power output. The wrong saddle can cause pain during and after cycling.
In clinic, we stock a range of saddles, including Selle Repente models. When you purchase from us, we offer a FREE Saddle Fitting.
Saddle fitting can be done as part of a Bike Fit, Cycling Functional Assessment, or Cycling Injury Consultation – or alternatively can be booked as a short, free stand-alone service.
